Applying for Membership

Read through Elphinstone Aero Club's constitution, bylaws, and the policy and procedure manual and contact us with any questions.
Complete pilot information sheet and a membership application forms and submit to elphinstoneaero@gmail.com.
Application will be forwarded to Board of Directors for approval and you will be given an insurance information form to be completed so you can be included on the aircraft insurance policy.
Stay involved! Once approved as a member please feel free to come to our membership BBQs, general meetings, and get involved in the discussions and resources on the Members Only area of the website.

NONFLYING MEMBERS

Once approved by the Board of Directors, payment will be due to treasurer, which for nonflying members is currently the $100 annual fee (subject to change).
Account created on Members Only area of website and Flight Schedule Pro.

FLYING MEMBERS

Once approved by the Board of Directors, payment will be due to treasurer, which for flying members is currently the $300 fee for the first year, and $200 annually afterwards (both subject to change).
A minimum non-refundable deposit for 5 flying hours is required to be flown each fiscal year.
Account will be created on Members Only area of website and Flight Schedule Pro.
Flying members will be contacted by the Director of Flight Operations to review Pilot Information Sheet, given a copy of the check-ride exercises to be reviewed, and schedule a check-ride.
Upon approval, will be authorized to book the Cessna 172 using Flight Schedule Pro.
